      Pros

      In a high needs area so jobs are fairly secure for long term employment. Great educational incentives and staff is paid competitively.

      Cons

      Some parts of hospital has poor design construction particularly in the ER setting. Often not able to accommodate patient demand and process falls into bottleneck effect.

      Pros

      There really are none to this hospital.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.
