Pros

Higher pay than most of the surrounding area. Close to home.

Cons

Yearly raise ranges from 1-3%. They have not made enough to make a difference and have not adjusted rates to meet inflation. There is no communication between management and their employees except for the bare minimum. Their "occurrence" system for call-ins and late employees is broken. They only count towards the hourly employees. Those who are salary do not get docked; if they do, HR does nothing about it.

Pros

There really are none to this hospital.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.
