Pros

The people, the technology , the vision and the execution is some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to see and work with in my career. The company cares about the individuals and how they are dealing with work and the challenges of this covid world.

Cons

There does tend to be a little too much reporting, reporting of similar things. I hope this is of more to do with an effort to help, move things forward, rather than the large company reporting that some management team have as their background.
