So many. The company is ultra secretive which is fine, protect the ip but the reality of what’s possible is never shared. The CEO is loyal to old former oracle colleagues. The reality is that they are not up to the job, create a toxic environment. The company spends money on lbgt+ and mental health but the reality is the company treat is employees shockingly. One day when the investors wake up to whats going on the company will have missed the chance. This is the slowest decision making company i have worked for and seem to exacerbate a bad exec team with new even more incompetent hires. Blind leading the blind, I highly recommend you give this company a miss while current exec team in place, particularly in customer success and product management and sales.
