A few good people in AI team

Cons

So many 1) A CEO whose only interest seems to be looking good on TV. Hands free management 2) A sales management that changes faster than the weather 3) Spends on unnecessary expenses - changing the logo and declaring its a great day for the company 4) Lots of gangs and in fighting. Hires and promotes own friends 5) Have not seen any new breakthrough in products for a long time 6) Can't decide if the company wants to focus on on-prem or cloud 7) Not sure if it will last till 2026 with the cash burn rate and low revenue 8) The incessant internal politics - gangs can decide not to follow the direction and stop talking to each other.
