Sames Kremlin is an excellent place to work. They really value their employees, and do all they can to help them grow and improve. Management takes the time to listen to employee suggestions and consider their value to the company.
Cons
The only con that I have with Sames Kremlin so far is that I really can't think of any at the moment.
