Pros

Remote working was fine but SF based employees weren't mindful of time zones. Quarterly bonus and stock pay outs were good.

Cons

Some of the worst people I have ever encountered in my career. Rude, aggressive, ill informed, and disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone work on this recruiting team with the current leadership they have in place. It's a bad Amazon knock-off. The morale on the team was incredibly low due to unprofessional and demoralizing leadership. I saw some really awful behaviors that were ignored when complaints were submitted against the same people time and again. High turnover. Toxic leadership with no direction who do not promote a healthy work environment. The Recruiting Operations Director is abusive, manipulative and unfit for a leadership role. She will belittle you, lie to you and about you, and create unprofessional and demeaning narratives regarding your work and your output when she fails to provide structure, strategy or goals. There is no communication, or alignment on objectives, she only barks orders with no insight, information or resources provided in order for you to be set up for success. Constantly changing direction and forgetting demands she makes that conflict with previous demands, causing you to have to rework strategy decks that no one looks at. You will be forced to participate in monthly overview sessions to present your work in a 2 minute recap while everyone takes turns bashing you and berating you with questions in a very public setting. Management is condescending and are quick to throw you under the bus when they fail as managers. Middle managers are inexperienced and lack the proper training to lead people and are often first time managers who learn bad behaviors from the ROPs Director. Conversations are just littered with 'tech bro' speak that do not apply to recruiting. It's laughable how try-hard some can be. There is no support or true leadership here. Toxic behavior is supported and rewarded. Good people consistently leave this team all for the same reasons. This was the most dehumanizing job I've ever worked in during my career and I truly hope people read these reviews that all say the same thing. Avoid this team and these people unless you are about to be homeless. -Jobs are also being outsourced for all areas of the company so beware....just look at the job board. -Benefits were consistently being cut while I was there after their record breaking ARR announcements and celebrations. Truly poor form and gross.

Pros

Innovative product, constantly growing the platform

Cons

Compensation doesn’t feel competitive for the workload and expectations of the role. Frequent annual changes—including territory realignments, account books, verticalization, and quota adjustments—create unnecessary disruption and make it difficult to build long-term customer relationships and pipeline. The company has grown rapidly, but account distribution hasn’t always kept pace with headcount, leaving many reps competing for limited opportunity and making OTE difficult to achieve consistently. The Team Lead role is one of the biggest pain points. Team Leads are expected to operate like frontline managers without the compensation or authority that comes with a management position. They carry a fully ramped quota while also traveling, mentoring new hires, leading office hours, answering rep questions, supporting onboarding, and taking on enablement responsibilities. While these leadership opportunities can be rewarding, they often come at the expense of selling time and make it significantly harder to hit quota.
