Pros

You can learn alot You will do alot If you can cut it in ETCH, you can go anywhere else They give you a meal stipend

Cons

Parking is awful You are kinda forced to eat on site Your boss has a boss who also has a boss and all 3 of them will get on to you Currently the work is spread very thickly onto a handful of people Working nights and weekends and seeing nothing come of it is crushing

Pros

Healthcare premiums are low, deductible and co pay for HSA is very high. A few very good people

Cons

Get what ever you are “promised” in writing Absolutely no leadership Only company that I have ever worked for that does not have department level P&L. Pay is exceptionally low specifically for the Boston market. Lack of accountability and ownership and no follow up resulting in fire drills and blame game on a daily basis. About half of the staff are contract/temp employees with no path to full time and are promised full time status to lead them on to stay longer. Turn over is probably about 50% which should tell you all you need to know.
