Freed breakfast , lunch , dinner , transport. Best places for emplyoess with below mediocre talent to pass time and still get paid quite well. Best place once u spend 3-4 yrs in comapny to become so called veteran and nobody been able make you perform, since senior person who commands you also wud have followed the same path. Can survive easily even without performing or contributing because of no filtering policy
Cons
No opportunities to learn unless you are ready to fight for it and make a lot of unjustified sacrifices for it. Stupidest promotion policies. Incompetent people around you at important positions turning off enthusiasm. Non performing seniors still commanding performing juniors , hence not able to judge complexit if work. Its all boils down to simple mathematics .
