      Great place for those interested in getting managerial experience.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no accountability, the VP is too involved and gets in the way with production. The supervisors are treated like crap. Working long hours (12-15hrs). Extremely short staff, supervisors are expected to do grunt work and not really supervise. High turnover rate amongst supervisors.

      Pros

      Great products. Everyone gets to travel at least once per year.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to top US electronics companies. Strong culture of favoritism — managers rarely promote on merit and frequently move the goalposts for employees outside their inner circle. Colleagues and managers regularly take credit for others' work. I personally witnessed and experienced what I believe to be gender and race-based inequities in how employees are treated and evaluated. HR was unresponsive when issues were raised.
