Pros
Easy access to loans. Decent career development opportunities. The company is large, offering many options to transfer between departments. No need to explain what the company does; everyone already knows. Opportunities for overseas assignments. Work-life balance is relatively good (strictly adheres to the 52-hour workweek rule).
Cons
Bureaucracy. A surprising number of younger employees have a traditional, authoritarian mindset (often more difficult to deal with than senior management, in my opinion). It's rare to find colleagues who are passionate or highly motivated, likely due to the performance evaluation system.
