Pros
Great facility, decent compensation (cant compare with google or apple, but better than other semiconductor companies in the bay area.), some excellent engineers easy to work with.
Cons
Poor management team. No vision, no leadership, no people skills. The executives, directors and some managers are very political. They spend significant time to make the Korean side happy, but care little about their own employees. They dont like people asking questions, in their own words "just do the job, keep your head down"! Some executives are very bully, and dont expect appreciation or help, no matter how hard you work. The culture is very Korean. Many decisions are from the Korean dispatchers. (But to be fair, I did enjoy working with the Korean engineers). Morale is low, and attrition is high.
