Pros

Excellent company, excellent co workers, everybody is very friendly. The management provides with enough resources to do your job. Usually transparent with decisions and future plans. It is really good place to work.

Cons

Sometimes the positions are not well defined and sometimes one activity is performed by different persons, and at the end nobody is reponsible for it.

Good benefits at a reasonable cost

Cons

No respect or regard for employees. No transparency. The decision was made to rty to sell the Roll Form Group, without even telling the Employees of the Roll Form Group, for two years. According to the Samuel CEO press release, out out after they decided to close the plant. No effort to relocate employees to other Samuel locations. No effort to obtain replacement employment. Very sneaky and underhanded executive branch. If you are looking for a long term career, look elsewhere.
