They are now using the same Trend as many other manufacturing companies are which is, hiring several people for the same job, waiting till they weed out the one or the few to be hired in a week, 2 weeks or a month time and lets go the rest. No warning, this is the new trend of hiring in the manufacturing world. Bewear, SMP is doing this same thing. I quit a job to only be let go after 2 weeks and they kept the first hire instead of me. So now I'm out of a job and have to look for a new job. Awful!!!! Apply at your own Risk...
