      Company as a whole does their best in a small community to take care of their employees.

      Employment on the clinic level is not organzied and very short staffed. They also have different standards for different employees.

      The people are generally good and want to do a good job.

      Cons

      The largest employer in the area and they know it. Because there are limited opportunities elsewhere; they tend to undervalue good people.
