      Pros

      The technology is pretty interesting and most engineers really want to succeed. The people for the most part work well even under huge workload.

      Cons

      Management does a very poor job in retaining good employees. Politics and power struggles make some teams very dysfunctional. Training and professional development are almost non existent.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
