      Pros

      Dominant market share in a rapidly growing high-tech market. Plenty of opportunity for growth both personally and for the company and market.

      Cons

      I worked on the Sales/Mktg. side of the business and because there is always an imbalance between supply and demand there are significant tactical issues to manage and these spill over to strategic issues.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
