      Pros

      Working on an exciting project that is supposed to be a great hit to data storage market. Organization is stable. Have many opportunities to try different responsibilities and ideas.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive. People here are not very sharpe or smart. Good company for old guys. Very slow promotion. Limited increase in salary every year.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
