      Pros

      Great team, good benefits, good culture, lots to learn. The environment is conducive to mentoring and coaching which is especially great for new graduates.

      Cons

      Benefits are slightly expensive. It is hard to get in touch with management sometimes during busy periods which can get frustrating when one is not empowered to make decisions.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
