SanDisk...not the worst but definitely not the best of employers - Project Manager SanDisk Employee Review

The pay is below the industry average and the industry is extremely brutal when it comes to layoffs during downturns. There was a lot of shifting in priorities. The commandments come straight from the top and there doesn't seem to be a lot of empowerment of the middle management. Some employees were treated pretty badly. There are a lot of politics involved within the corporate side of things. The stock price now is abyssmal.
