      Pros

      Bad leadership, but fortunately it is now WD so will get better leadership.

      Cons

      Lack of direction with managers that like to play politics. BUs constantly fight with each other and are more focused on expanding territory than doing what's best for the company.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
