      Pros

      Very good Work and Life balance. Good team work atmosphere. Senior management willing to share business plan and outlook with all employees. Great mix of people

      Cons

      Long working hours during peak times. Management likes to keep the company running very lean, which means most departments are bordering on being understaffed. Most managers are working managers, which is fine. But some people do not make this assumption.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
