      Great work force and colleagues at the company. Pay and benefits are about up to par with other companies in the industry

      Cons

      Management could really find a better way to keep this company in better shape. Feels like you might be lost here

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
