      Pros

      Big regional autonomy during the leadership of SanDisk. Responsible and appreciative attitude to field staff by management team. Good place to work and interesting topic.

      Cons

      Completely different sales approach under leadership influence of Western Digital. Most of the regional SanDisk system engineering team and sales team left the company. Everything has to be new grouped.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
