Cutlure - very hard to work with closed minded, arguementative people. M-systems acquisition is not a fit. Senior Leadership does not communicate. Act like a start-up with the attitude to manufacture products and change on a dime - can't do that with a manufacturing house. No standard processes, very disorganized. Overly concerned about shipping out products to generate revenue that do not meet quality requirements. No portfolio management, always say yes to customers without knowing the companies capabilties.
