      Pros

      Provides latest and good development tools. Learning is fast.

      Cons

      Too narrow domain. Difficult to get employment outside with the skill sets you learn at Sandisk (in case you wish to change). High work pressure compared to the compensation. No travel and no training opportunities.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
