      Good CEO who cares about the company

      Cons

      Company has become very big and political. Too many VPs, Directors and Managers care more about building up their own organizations than about the company. Decisions about hiring and direction are made inexplicably. My own group, for instance, has seen 3-4 reorgs in the past 1.5 years.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
