      Pros

      deserving of the fours stars. Just like a solid a home cooked meal. It doesn't blow you away but keeps you coming back for more.

      Cons

      Coming from the marketing department they lacked a little creativity.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
