      It has potential, if the company survives.

      Cons

      good place to work....no more. Company's work environment is "disorganized, political, unprofessional, senior manager does not understand the group, technology they are managing, lot of micromanagement, managers focus on justifying their job, they're loosing and going to lose quality talent.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
