Pros
Driven team that really created the flash memory industry - many original players still there - who are constantly driving to achieve and maintain market leadership. Generally good work/life balance.
Cons
Had a micro-management style in some areas historically. Company is still going through some growing pains following a restructured senior management, working to improve internal environment - though much shedding of older elements has taken place.
