      Good management concern for employees. Great company communications. Excellent benefits package. Reasonable time-off allowance.

      Cons

      Nothing remarkable. The company expectations of employees are reaonsable and straight-forward. Business outlook fluctuates with the economy but that is not unusual.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
