      Decent salary and total comp package. Company strongly supports non-profits and local charities thru employee volunteerism.

      Cons

      Work life balances difficult to achieve with global operations timing and lean resources. Too much top down management, execs need to listen more closely to their employees.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
