      Good leadership, intersting work, great people.

      Cons

      Difficult in IT. Most of the IT work is being outsourced and there is not much of a transition plan.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
