      Cool Life; Not much Challenges

      1.Worse if you are in wrong team.. Un-necessary pressure will be put at times when there is no work.. 2. Company has the money to develop a lot of things.. But management does not know what to do with the products..

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
