Relax style, traditional company, not too much push from management. May worth to stay if you are not want to be pushed too hard.

Average salary, not big development in the future. Fierce competition from peers. Not fully inside the mobile market.

Pros

Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

Cons

There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
