      As a fresher very good place to learn many things, Concepts of memories give you more interest to work

      Cons

      Here higher employee's are dominating the freshers. Management is not following any producers which we cannot expect with MNC companies like this.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
