      Coolness factor for working for a popular consumer electronics company.

      Cons

      1. Very political and autocratic. 2. If you are "Friends of Manish Bhatia" you will prosper, get big bonus, get out of schedule promotions. Else, GOD help you. 3. People who do good are the ones who are A+ in following orders, can heavily praise their bosses openly (think how would you do good in North Korea), and never show a glimmer of intelligence.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
