      good product, and technology.. world leader in flash technology, excellent employee benefits and salaries are at par with market, bonus and stocks benefit

      Cons

      full of politics, too much unneccsary meeting, people spend more time in playing their cards well than doing something good for the company.. only yes-men survive in this company n get promoted to higher levels.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
