      SanDisk is a great place to learn. The benefits offered are at par with most Companies. Training programs are designed for personal growth.

      Cons

      Not much work-life balance. There is a lot of pressure to meet deadlines. Other than this, it is a Company to work for.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
