Pros
The company is in an excellent situation in its market, being the market leader with a strong IP portfolio and supply situation. There is little chance of the company going under or being acquired in the near term, so its a stable place. Although they don't treat their employees very well in many ways, the pay and benefits are good and if times are good then there can be nice profit sharing (or there was, but it has not been given for several years). It would be a good place to start a career as there are many opportunities to learn and take ownership of projects you are interested in.
Cons
This is not a place to be for senior people who are looking to grow and develop their management skills, unless perhaps you speak Hebrew. The company has grown to a size where performance is no longer the metric by which promotions are made and opportunities are provided, it is all about kissing the right a**es and self promotion at the expense of your colleagues. This has led to alot of instability in the organization as very political people have risen rapidly to levels that they cannot manage and then are pushed out when they cannot perform. The executive management has also lost their vision for the company, so there is little new, exciting, innovative work being done there.
