      Pros

      Give a lot of good conditions to the employee including work life balance

      Cons

      Too much politics , High level management in USA get decisions according to middle management and not from the engineers in the field ... some projects needs are not really taking the company to better locations in innovation aspects.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
