Pros

Good benefits, Good and understanding middle management. Rewards innovation

Cons

Work life balance is difficult. They have great education and fitness benefits, however the time you have to improve and use these benefits, depends on workload. Most of my years at SanDisk it was very challenging to find time for personal growth. However I found this is highly dependent on the group you work for.

Pros

Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

Cons

There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
