      Cons

      Erratic decision making, no clear direction from management, very impulsive changes in projects, constant shuffling of teams. The management tries to to chew too much too soon and when they can't they layoff.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
