Highly dysfunctional management. No room for growth or promotions. The culture is toxic and runs on an environment of fear and intimidation. They're trying to portray themselves as another Facebook or Google, but it's clear they're just going through the motions. No amount of "perks" such as team happy hours, ice cream socials, etc. will replace respect for employees and their time outside of work.
