Pros

Aggressive schedule driven consumer products company, Flash specialist memory driven company

Cons

Too many product/project specific mtgs., Too political between business units and across various regions, which I guess common to many companies.

Pros

Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

Cons

There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
