      Pros

      3 weeks vacation to start, but have to take 5 days PTO during Christmas closure. No sick days. Free gym, cheap food. Nice campus

      Cons

      Six re-orgs in a year. 2 layoffs. Products launched months before actually ready, firmware changes after customer quals. Unrealistic sales quotas. Management is out of touch with reality.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
