      An excellent brand name that everyone connects with and recognizes you for it. It is associated with quality and performance. The working conditions are very open and all divisions work together very well. Good pay and benefits

      As it is growing rapidly some order needs to be brought in the system and decision making.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
