In aggregate, the Benefits package offered by SanDisk is very competitive. With that stated, there will always be individual components that may be above or below market and we regularly review our benefits to ensure that they are competitive. Regarding maternity leave, SanDisk does offer supplemental disability income and in addition some women choose to combine that with our Paid Time Off program so there is full income continuation. Similar methods exist to provide supplemental income while on paternity leave.
