The Employee Activities Committee works diligently year round to come up with fun ways to get employees engaged outside of the workplace by organizing fun events and we appreciate you recognizing this. Same goes for our commitment to community service; it has been outlined as one of SanDisk’s corporate goals to reach 100% employee participation in community service events and we are proud to report we have almost reached our goal with 93% of our employees regularly volunteering each year! In regards to your comments about our frequent reorgs, we recognize that our missed estimates in Q4 and Q1 led to a lack of stability in several departments but we are hopefully that our positive results this past quarter marked a turning point towards a promising upcoming year.
