Pros
they gave a generous severance package. They kept a few of the cultural things but only after a lot of complaining.
Cons
They wouldn't need a generous severance package if they knew what they were doing. You don't buy a company, kill off three quarters of the work force as redunancies, and then expect there to be any company left.
